The case happened in HongKong just deducts a very practical scenario that is very good for steel building to live competitive.If we take a concrete cement building to replace the steel frame building we have just built .Then that must cost high labor wage ,directly pulling up the price of project .Choosing to build a warehouse with steel frame model could avoid the project stucking into a situation that have to pay for the high labor wage causing by long construction duration .
